DVA AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in becoming a  Design Valet Affiliate. To finalize the process you will need to sign our affiliate agreement. The agreement in no way binds or obligates you to a working relationship with Design Valet but rather defines the conditions, expectations, and parameters of the working relationship. Please review the instructions below.

INSTRUCTIONS

(PLEASE READ & FOLLOW CAREFULLY)

  • Download the Agreement
  • Print, Sign, and Scan
  • Be Sure To Include the Date and Your Name on Page 1 of the Agreement
  • hScan In PDF Format Only (No Other Format). Scan and Send ALL Pages
  • Email the Signed Agreement (ALL PAGES) to dva@designvalet.net
  • jIn the Subject Line Write - Signed DVA Agreement from (Your Name)
  • You May Also Skip Print & Scan and Use 'Adobe Sign' to Execute the Agreement Digitally

Upon receipt of your signed agreement, we will forward you an email that will include your Affiliate ID number. With that, you will be on the team and ready to begin.
